Fitness & Wellness Coaching

Change is hard and it can be really difficult to know where or how to start the process. Staying motivated and consistent are harder, especially when you’re doing it alone. That’s where I come in. My goal is to help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals with lasting results.


Here’s what to expect:

  • You tell me what you want to do and I’ll help you do it.

  • We’ll come up with a plan that works for you. Whatever obstacle comes your way, I’ll help you overcome them by adjusting the plan and offer new solutions.

  • I’ll provide guidance, support, and accountability every step of the way.

Getting Started

Below are the first steps to get you started. The initial consultation is free and then you decide whether you want to move forward with the process after each step. If you're ready to schedule your first consult, complete the initial questionnaire and I will be in touch with you!

All sessions will be virtual on Zoom.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

FREE

First, let's get to know each other. I want to know your goals and challenges. I'll share about my general approach and strategy as to how you can achieve your goals and overcome your challenges.

Step 2: Baseline Assessment & Consultation

$100

I'll coach you through series of baseline assessments for all 4 pillars of health:

  • Physical activity/movement

  • Nutrition

  • Stress

  • Sleep/recovery

Based on your assessments, I'll provide specific recommendations as to how you can best achieve your goals.

Step 3: Focus Mapping

$100

During this session, I'll coach you through designing your own unique blueprint towards your goals. We will use a strategy called Focus Mapping that was created by BJ Fogg, a behavior change expert and professor at Stanford University. You will walk away with clear action items and strategies that you can get started right away.
