Urbankick
Fridays 12:15PM-1:00PM (PST)
Class Description: Urbankick is a music driven, total body workout that combines cardio kickboxing with body weight strength and mobility exercises. The workout will help improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, strength endurance, joint mobility, stability/balance and more. All levels welcome. No experience or equipment necessary. Just you and a little bit of space to move around.

Fee: FREE (This class is sponsored by UC Berkeley's Department of Recreational Sports.)

Kids are welcome to join the workout. One of my goals is to create a space where families can move together and I believe that starts with kids watching their own parents having fun moving. (Parents, please ensure the safety of your children while you workout.)
